Shipping outside of the continental US?
Currently, I do not have automated rates on my website for shipping outside of the U.S. But I would love to work with you to find the best rate and process for safely shipping your purchase. We will find a way to make it work! Email me!
All items sold are non-refundable.
I have made every effort to make sure the images and information supplied on my website are as color and description-accurate as possible. Feel free to ask for more images of my work prior to purchasing. Once shipped, I am not able to exchange or return items except in the case of damage during the shipping process. Please inspect your order when received and contact me immediately if it is damaged. Please include images of the damage to the shipping package as well as the painting, so that I can resolve the issue. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Schedule a pick up or studio visit.
I live in a suburb of Houston, called Sugar Land. If you would like to see my work in person or would prefer to pick up your purchase instead of having it shipped, I would love to meet you! Please contact me so that I can schedule a time that is convenient. Send me an email with the specifics.
Do you only accept payment through PayPal?
I accept payment through the Venmo app using my business account: @Carlotta-Baird-Artist. It’s a less automated process, but not a big deal.
When using Venmo, please be sure to include the cost of shipping.
Add your item(s) to the shopping cart on my website and complete the information up to your shipping address so that you can see what the cost plus shipping will be. DO NOT enter any payment information or continue using the cart on my website at this point, unless you want to pay me twice.
Use your phone to scan the QR code.
Make the payment using the Venmo app on your phone.
Email me the title of the item, your name and shipping address.
I will send you a confirmation email.
Terms of Use?
All artwork is the sole property of Carlotta Baird and is held under copyright, even after it has been sold. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the the buyer has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork, a separate financial transaction in addition to purchasing the artwork. The buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission from me.
